Deposits and Payment Policy

A non refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. It will NOT be refunded if you change your mind for ANY reason so please be sure of your commitment before sending a deposit. If something was to happen to the puppy you have chosen then the deposit would be refunded only under these conditions or may be placed on another puppy if we have one available. If you find that special friend and want us to hold it, we require  $200.00 down as a non refundable deposit with the rest due before shipping or pick up. NO puppy will be held without a deposit. To be fair to each person, all puppies will be sold to the FIRST APPROVED family that sends their deposit to hold a puppy. The deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of the money before shipping or at pickup. If your puppy doesn't require shipping and will be picked up a deposit is still required to hold a puppy. Payments are accepted by Postal Money Orders  Wal-Mart Money Gram  Western Union  Pay Pal  Paypal buyers add 3.9% charge for puppy http://www.paypal.com Cash may be paid when picked up in person ONLY We do NOT accept Personal checks for deposits or payments due to previous problems. If you send a personal check it will be returned to you. Deposits must be received by us within 3 days or the puppy will be available to the next buyer. If you choose to send a money order we strongly suggest sending it Express mail to ensure that it reaches us in time. All Puppies are required to be paid in full by the time they are 8 weeks old. If the puppy is not paid in full, all funds paid on the puppy are forfeited to the breeder. We do not accept deposits on puppies over the age of 7 weeks. Puppies 7 weeks of age or older are required to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are made in advance. If the puppy requires shipping, the shipping cost must be paid by the time the puppy is 7 weeks of age. Failure to pay the shipping cost will result in the loss of all funds paid on the puppy
		Shipping Policy I have shipped puppies all over the United States. Shipping is quite easy and only becomes difficult when dealing with weather conditions. We offer shipping anywhere in the continental United States via Continental Airlines. Puppies can not be shipped before 8 weeks of age due to federal regulations. Shipping must be prepaid before leaving for their new home. We do not do COD on the shipping because we want to make sure that no puppy is left at the airport unattended. All puppies that are shipped are required to have a health certificate and acclimation certificate from a licensed vet and proper crate size for the puppy. Currently shipping cost are approximately $325.00 for an 8 week old puppy which includes airline fees. This price could be a little higher or lower depending on where the puppy is being shipped to and the weight/size of the puppy at the time of shipment. Shipping from May to September could involve additional fees due to the heat and November to April due to the cold.  If the temperature is expected to reach above 85 degrees or below 20 degrees at destination or any layover airport the puppy will have to be flown Continental Airlines or VIP through a different airline carrier. If a puppy has to be flown VIP instead of through Continental, there will be an additional  charge of $100 to $125 added to shipping cost. This will cover the VIP charge or the cost of having to take the puppy to a different airport to be shipped out. We ship out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Will Rogers International Airport. We do NOT guarantee shipping on puppies. We will do everything we can to get a puppy shipped out to its new family but sometimes due to weather conditions between here and its new family, shipping still may not be possible. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE ARRAINGMENTS TO PICK UP THEIR PUPPY IF IT CAN NOT BE SHIPPED. We will make every effort to get the puppies shipped if at all possible but if it can't be done the new owner will be required to make arrangements for pick up. Deposits and payments will NOT be refunded on any puppy due to us not being able to ship the puppy because of Airline restrictions. All shipping cost must be paid prior to shipping and by the time that the puppy is 7 weeks of age. Puppies that are purchased after the age of 7 weeks and need to be shipped must have the shipping paid at the time of sale.
